Practising some flam phrases in this video. Trying to bring both wrists upto the same height and land with the same pressure on both left and right sides to achieve the same volume of accent. When practising technique, once you are comfortable with the particular phrase you are practising you should always ensure that you look at your hands to see the heights/movements etc you are making. You should also pay attention to the feeling in your hands to gauge the power with which you are landing on certain notes.
